Gourmet Escargot is a family run business Valeria and Andrew Hogg Our business and passion is . SNAILS! Has dealt with the export of live snails from Bulgaria over the past few years. In 2014 we moved to France, where we built our own farm in the beautiful Aude region. Our farm is more specifically situated in the region of Abbaye de Fontfroide, and is called LA COURBERAILE in occitan, which means the first ripe grapes as the earth is the most productive and the sunshine is all year around. Como puede que no sepáis, en ese momento se encontraban junto a él un grupito de periodistas españoles entre los que me encontraba. Pocas veces me he sentido tan impotente y superado como hoy, sobre todo porque además las circunstancias han provocado un caos que nos mantuvo en vilo bastante tiempo hasta conocer el terrible desenlace.
